$15.01 - $30.00 = $8.50
$30.01 - $45.00 = $10.50
$45.01 - $60.00 = $12.50
$60.01 - $75.00 = $14.50
$75.01 - $100.00 = $18.50
$100.01 - $200.00 = $22.50
$201.00 + = 15% of total sale

SHIPPING:
Most shipments originate in Hawaii. In-stock titles will ship within 3-10 business days. ALL orders in the United States or Guam are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. Other shipping arrangements can be made when specified/requested by the retailer or customer. If specific shipping arrangements are requested, the retailer or customer will be charged the ACTUAL shipping/postage cost, plus a $5 handling fee. Bess Press Inc. will not be responsible for lost packages once delivery is confirmed.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: All international orders are shipped via USPS. Actual shipping/postage charges will be added to all orders, plus a $10 handling fee.

PICK-UP OPTIONS: Retailers and customers may arrange to pick-up orders directly from Bess Press. All Pick-Up orders will be charged a $10 handling fee and will be available for up to 10 business days after processing and notification. If orders will need to be held for longer than 10 business days, then the order will be processed on the day of pick-up.
