“Pupus are snacks or hors d’oeuvres. Served at island get-togethers, heavy pupus make a meal. Find 170 recipes divided into chapters like Dips and Spreads, and Seafood and Healthy Pupus.”

    —This Week Maui

Pupus: An Island Tradition, the 170-page handbook, gives no quarter to the ideas of low calorie or nonfat. Its tidbits are in all their cream cheese and mayonnaise glory.”
