Mouse and Mongoose Find a Rainbow
Mouse and Mongoose are best friends. One day, Mongoose visits Mouse and tells him he has never seen a rainbow. Ready for a day of fun, Mouse agrees to help him find one.
They look under rocks, at the tops of trees, on a mountain, down at the beach — but they cannot find a rainbow. Mouse enjoys everything they see and do. Mongoose, however, gets grumpier and grumpier.
In the end, Mouse tries to show Mongoose a different way of thinking. Although Mongoose will never change, he realizes the importance of sharing a beautiful Hawaiian day — even a grumpy one — with a friend.
