ABOUT THE AUTHOR:
Sachi Fukuda, born and raised in Hilo, Hawaiʻi, was encouraged by her friends to publish Pupus: Island Adaptations, Pupus... Again, Pupus: An Island Tradition and now Pupus... Plus.
Retired from the Honolulu Police Department where she served as secretary to the chief of police for 35 years, Sachi Fukuda gives cooking demonstrations and conducts cooking classes.
