Shipping is calculated based on item weight and size. For International Shipping rates, please email customerservice@besspress.com and include the following information:

• Mailing Address and Phone Number
• Title(s) and Qty

Our team will respond with available options and costs. 

All web sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged, please provide photo documentation of damage to the box and of the damaged product(s). Please also keep the damaged books and box available for inspection by the carrier if necessary. Any product that is received damaged will be replaced. Any product that is defective will be replaced.

We do provide review copies for our books upon request. If you request, let us know what organization or school you are representing. Please note, that we cannot send physical review copies to international addresses.
