BACKORDERS

  • Backorders will be for 10+ units only. Anything less will be canceled. If your original order met the $1,000 net minimum for free shipping, we will still provide you with free shipping.

SHIPPING

  • Orders ship within 3 business days of receipt from Honolulu, HI unless otherwise advised via quickest method of delivery thru UPS, USPS or FedEx. $1,000 net minimum qualifies for free shipping.
  • Orders below $1,000 net minimum will incur a $22* fee for shipping and handling. This fee is subject to change; Bess Press will provide 30 days notice for any shipping fee changes.

RETURNS POLICY

Items must have been purchased at the 40% returnable discount. Returns accepted up to 60 days after invoice date. All product that is in sellable condition is eligible for return (please remove any price stickers, etc. and clean off residue without damaging the book). Returns are to be securely packaged to avoid damage during transit and must include a copy of the original order/invoice number. The cost of returns is the responsibility of the customer.  

If your order arrives damaged, please provide photo documentation of damage to the box and of the damaged product(s). IMPORTANT: Please also keep the damaged books and box available for inspection by the carrier if necessary while we file a claim. Any product that is received damaged or defective will be replaced if stock is available. Only Credit Notes will be provided (no refunds to original payment).
