RETURNS POLICY:

All web sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged, please provide photo documentation of damage to the box and of the damaged product(s). Please also keep the damaged books and box available for inspection by the carrier if necessary. Any product that is received damaged will be replaced. Any product that is defective will be replaced.
