2022 Retail Policy
Trade/Wholesale Retail Policy 2022:
- For new accounts first/opening order ships for free
- 20+ pc opening (and/or $150 Net minimum) or reorder receives a 40% returnable discount
- 20+ pc opening (and/or $100 Net minimum) or reorder receives a 45% non-returnable discount
- 50+ pcs receive a 48% non-returnable discount
- 100+ pcs single title order can receive a 50%+ discount
- Customer pays a $20 fee for shipping and handling. Orders ship within 36 hours of receipt from Honolulu, HI unless otherwise advised.
- $1000 Net Minimum qualifies for free shipping
- Orders are available for pick-up at Bess Press warehouse at no charge for a period of 72 hours after order is confirmed ready to pick-up. If orders are not picked up within 72 hours a $10 handling fee will be applied.
- Net 30 via check, EFT or CC: Visa/MC/Amex
SHIPPING: If you are a first time retail buyer, your first order will ship or deliver for free. Any order thereafter is subject to a fee of $10 unless the $1,000 net minimum is met. All orders will ship within 36 hours of order receipt and ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. International orders are subject to actual freight and/or shipping fees based off of weight. International shipping cost will be determined at time of order.If specific shipping arrangements need to be met, Bess Press will work with you in order to accommodate. Retailer may be subject to pay actual freight costs if necessary.
EDUCATIONAL Sales Policy 2022:
All titles are available for a 20% discount off the listed price.
*Shipping educational orders is subject to a 3-7% of total sale shipping and/or handling fees. Due to COVID-19, all educational orders must be shipped at this time.

RETURNS POLICY:
All product that is in sellable condition is eligible for return (for Retail: items must have been purchased at the returnable discount). Returns are to be securely packaged to avoid damage during transit and must include a copy of the original order/invoice number. The cost of returns is the responsibility of the customer.
If your order arrives damaged, please provide photo documentation of damage to the box and of the damaged product(s). Any product that is received damaged will be replaced. Any product that is defective will be replaced. Only Credit Notes will be provided.
